Tree I Grow Inc. is built on a simple but powerful premise: save the planet and get rich doing it. The company develops scalable, tree-based business lines that capture carbon directly from the atmosphere by planting high-value resinous and premium hardwood species, transforming reforestation into a profitable long-term asset class. Grounded in Filipino values of bayanihan and shared prosperity, its model leverages structured social participation—inviting individuals and communities to co-own the mission, not just support it. By making profitability the primary driver for engagement and committing to a transparent 50–50 profit-sharing structure with program participants, Tree I Grow aligns environmental restoration with economic incentive, creating a system where climate action is not charity-driven, but opportunity-driven.

Jericho Lopez
With a foundation in Nursing and Medical technology, the founder brings a rare blend of clinical discipline and systems leadership shaped on the frontlines of global and local service. He led both the Blood Bank and Community Health Nursing departments of the Philippine Red Cross (East Rizal Area), before serving in high-risk and underserved regions with Médecins Sans Frontières—from conflict response in South Sudan and neglected disease programs in Sudan, to mobile and rural health missions in Ethiopia and Lao PDR. Transitioning into renewable energy, he managed residential and comercial installations as Field Operations Manager of Isla Solar Energy and later scaled industrial solar farm developments as VP for Operations at Solrev Energy. Today, he channels this cross-sector experience into Tree I Grow Inc, a climate response social enterprise built on disciplined execution, community impact, and long-term sustainability.
The Agarwood Project
Tree I Grow Inc.’s focused project centers on the cultivation and export of premium agarwood chips—a rare and highly valued resinous wood formed when Aquilaria trees produce a dark, aromatic resin in response to natural or induced inoculation.
Agarwood is prized globally for its deep, complex fragrance and is used in fine perfumery, traditional incense, essential oils, and select medicinal and cultural applications across the Middle East and parts of Asia. Global supply remains constrained due to decades of overharvesting in traditional producing countries, while demand continues to rise from luxury fragrance houses and cultural markets, creating a widening supply gap.
By providing a platform for ordinary Filipinos to participate in the industry and implementing controlled cultivation, scientific inoculation, and disciplined harvest protocols, the project transforms agarwood into a climate response social-enterprice solution making a climate-positive, globally traded asset class.
